First Bungalow Beach Resort, Chaweng (Koh Samui)

I had a great stay at this resort, which boasts a stunning beach and a lovely pool area. The breakfast spread was surprisingly impressive, especially for a 3-star place. However, the beds were quite hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money, especially given its beach access.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but my reservation was canceled unexpectedly due to a 'mistake' on the hotel’s part, which left me quite frustrated. Although the rooms seemed visually appealing and the location was nice, the overall experience was marred by poor customer service and lack of communication. Had I not faced this issue, my stay could have been enjoyable, but I can't shake the feeling of disappointment.
